• Understand positions in defensive end
• Breakout- Successfully getting the puck out of the defensive zone and controlling it into the neutral zone.
• Enter the offensive zone 3 on 2 by passing to a wing.
  Note: The center can not carry the puck in himself. An on-side pass must be made to break in the offensive zone
  

2)The coach will explain the different options the defense has with the initial pass and will also show the center and wing the different options for the outlet pass into the neutral zone.

3)The formation mirrors the exisiting animation if the puck goes into the left corner.

4)Center must pass it to winger before play comes in to the offensive zone.

5)2 defensman maintain gap control and try to force play to the outside.
